This brand new luxury home boasts sweeping ocean views, a beautiful sandy beach across the street and a lush and colorful tropical mountain backdrop. It is a magnificent and dramatic villa, with open and flowing spaces, and full of light and color. And the location is a dream.
Outside, a world of ease and luxury awaits you with a large entertainment patio, bordered by the heated pool with a fountain, a barbecue/bar and manicured gardens to enjoy. A private 500 ft. white sand beach awaits across the street, just a short walk from the villa. Enjoy the calm turquoise waters with full amenities including lounge chairs, dining, bathrooms and showers.
Inside the villa, an enormous living and dining area under soaring ceilings leads to a terrace overlooking the ocean. The four spacious bedrooms are very private and comfortable with their own terraces and oversized bathrooms and walk in closets. A small gym, covered garage and service quarters complete this exquisite villa – one of Vallartas´ yet to be discovered wonders.
Bedrooms
The four master suites can sleep 8 adults. Bedding is varied to accommodate different groups. Two of the guest rooms feature a King bed (including the Master suite) while the remaining two have a Queen and two singles respectfully.
Notes:
- Rates are quoted in US dollars
- Rates are per night, plus 18% taxes
- No minimum night stay for summer season
- 7 night minimum stay for Christmas & New Year´s week
- Rates do not include the cost of food and beverages or staff gratuities
- Rates reflect the maximum number of guests, adults and children (regardless of age) combined.

- Rates are subject to increase, however, all reservations with deposit will be honored at the rate in effect when taken.

Cancellation Policy:
Please note that a written notice must be received for all cancellations.
All year-round (except holidays): Deposits will be refunded (less a $100 USD cancellation fee) if notice is received at least 90 days prior to the arrival date.
If cancellation is received less than 90 days prior to arrival the deposit will not be refunded unless rebooked and the $100 USD cancellation fee would apply.
Holiday Season: Reservations canceled any time prior to arrival will not be refunded unless rebooked. A $100 USD cancellation fee will apply regardless.
