These beautiful casitas, hinting of Mediterranean architecture, comprise an intimate village. Enjoy spectacular views of the Pacific Ocean and a private beach to enjoy the surf, sand and sun in a secluded area. With a variety of restaurants reflecting a range of prices and cuisine, everything that you need to make your getaway spectacular, is right at your fingertips and within easy access.
Each 4 bedroom casita is unique and many have their own plunge pool or oversized Jacuzzi as well as being fully equipped with a kitchen, air conditioning, maid service and telephone. Common spaces include hidden walkways lined with bougainvillea and other tropical plants. But perhaps one of the most coveted features are the private terraces, which afford each unit a full view of the beautiful sunsets.
The casitas are conveniently situated next to the Careyes Hotel, which offers fine cuisine, spa and gym services, scuba-dive center, shops and deli.
Guests at Casitas de las Flores have privileged access to the exclusive beach club, Playa Rosa, which is also home to a first-class restaurant open for lunch and dinner that has proven to be a local favorite for residents and visitors to Careyes over the years.
Concierge services for special event planning is included in the rental fee.
(No wedding coordination is included).

Notes:
- Rates are quoted in US dollars
- Rates are per night, plus 18% tax & 5% service charge
- Rates do not include the cost of food and beverages. All food stocking is done by the villa managers & charged to the client. A 20% service charge will be automatically added to the grocery bill. The closest grocery store is about a 20-minute drive to the town of Emiliano Zapata.
- Rates reflect the maximum number of guests: eight adults only.
- Pets are not allowed.
- Check in: 3pm - Check out: 1pm
- Minimum Stay: 3 nights / Holiday season: 10
- Rates are subject to increase, however, all reservations with deposit will be honored at the rate in effect when taken.
Terms & Conditions
Deposit Policy:
Your reservation will be confirmed upon receipt of your 100% payment (wire transfer).
Cancellation Policy:
Please note that a written notice must be received for all cancellations.
High season: In order to avoid any penalty charge we must receive a written notification 28 days prior to guest arrival, if the reservation is canceled within 28 days, there will be a penalty charge equivalent to (2) night room charge plus applicable taxes.
Low Season: In order to avoid any penalty charge we must receive a written notification 14 days prior to guest arrival, if the reservation is canceled within 14 days there will be a penalty charge equivalent to (1) night room charge plus applicable taxes.
No Shows: In case of a no show, regardless the cause, the total amount of the reservation will not be refundable.

Dining
Guests can request a dining itinerary prior to arrival and all food costs incurred are billed to the guest with an additional charge of 20 percent.
The casita is situated next to the Careyes Hotel, which offers good cuisine, spa and gym services, scuba-dive center, shops and deli.
The casita have access to the private beach club Playa Rosa, which has also a first-class restaurant that is a favorite for lunch or dinner.

On the Mexican Pacific Coast. 1 hour and 15 minutes drive north from Manzanillo International Airport and 2 hours and 30 minutes drive south from Puerto Vallarta International Airport.
Transportation
A private Suburban can be reserved to pick you up. Please indicate your preference and send travel information so we may coordinate your arrival. However, rental car is recommended.
