On the Mexican Pacific Coast. 1 hour & 15 minutes drive north from Manzanillo International Airport and 2 hours & 30 minutes drive south from Puerto Vallarta International Airport. Five minutes by car from El Careyes Beach Resort (52 rooms) boutique hotel with spa, stores and restaurant. Five minutes from Playa Rosa Beach Club and Restaurant.
More than just a home, Casa Mi Ojo is actually a unique luxury castle. This eight bedroom, nine bathroom luxury residence comes complete with a hanging bridge that connects to a private island with natural gardens and a meditation platform, high atop a Careyes cliff. Or take a scenic gondola ride down to a private beach and beach club.
Exacting service and attention is provided by your private cook, butler, waiter, 3 maids and a gardener. Request a dining itinerary prior to arrival for exquisitely prepared meals at your expense, or if you prefer a full American Plan is available.
Local activities include riding, tennis, polo, golf (18 beautiful holes, 40 minutes away), a plethora of water sports and scuba diving are all available nearby.
Important ecological reserves and biology station make the local ecosystem a very interesting venue for Flora and Fauna enthusiasts.
Concierge services in special event planning is included on the rental fee.

Notes:
- Rates are quoted in US dollars
- Rates are per night, plus 18% tax & 5% service charge
- Rates do not include the cost of food and beverages. All food stocking is done by the villa managers & charged to the client. A 20% service charge will be automatically added to the grocery bill. The closest grocery store is about a 20-minute drive to the town of Emiliano Zapata.
- Rates reflect the maximum number of guests: sixteen adults only.
- Pets are not allowed.
- Check in: 3pm - Check out: 1pm
- Minimum Stay: 4 nights / Holiday season: 14 nights.
- Rates are subject to increase, however, all reservations with deposit will be honored at the rate in effect when taken.

Deposit Policy:
Your reservation will be confirmed upon receipt of your 100% payment (wire transfer).
Cancellation Policy:
Please note that a written notice must be received for all cancellations.
High season: In order to avoid any penalty charge we must receive a written notification 28 days prior to guest arrival, if the reservation is canceled within 28 days, there will be a penalty charge equivalent to (2) night room charge plus applicable taxes.
Low Season: In order to avoid any penalty charge we must receive a written notification 14 days prior to guest arrival, if the reservation is canceled within 14 days there will be a penalty charge equivalent to (1) night room charge plus applicable taxes.
No Shows: In case of a no show, regardless the cause, the total amount of the reservation will not be refundable.

Dining
Guests can request a dining itinerary prior to arrival and all food costs incurred are billed to the guest with an additional charge of 20 percent.
The casita is situated next to the Careyes Hotel, which offers good cuisine, spa and gym services, scuba-dive center, shops and deli.
The casita have access to the private beach club Playa Rosa, which has also a first-class restaurant that is a favorite for lunch or dinner.
Villa Staff
Cook, butler, waiter, 3 maids and a gardener.
Laundry service is included. However, it must be stated that delicate items or dry-cleaning cannot be dealt with.

A private Suburban can be reserved to pick you up. Please indicate your preference and send travel information so we may coordinate your arrival. However, rental car is recommended.
