This three bedroom+ penthouse unit is situated right on the beach within the exclusive development of Punta Mita. This is one of only a few condominiums that are actually located right on the beach, as most are situated along the Nicklaus-designed golf course or are high-end luxury single family homes.
Punta Mita, located 45 minutes north of the Puerto Vallarta International Airport, is a gated, residential community on a peninsula surrounded by water on three sides. Just outside its gates are two small villages with shops and restaurants. There are three other small villages with more restaurants and shopping attractions situated just 10-15 minutes from Punta Mita that are fun to visit. The Four Seasons Punta Mita golf course was recently voted by Conde Nast readers as the #1 resort golf course in the Americas.
Featuring high, vaulted ceilings with thick wood beams throughout, this fourth floor luxurious penthouse is overly spacious with 320 m2 (3,445 f2) of living area with a very large covered terrace that overlooks the bay. One of the area´s best surf breaks is right out front, perfect for those who enjoy surfing or for those that would just prefer to watch from the terrace with a cool tropical drink.
Fantastic beach view from the Master bedroom and partial beach ocean view from the second bedroom. Master offers a king-size bed and the second bedroom a queen-size. The third bedroom overlooking a garden view has two full beds. There is also service quarters with a single bed ideal for kids that could also function as a fourth bedroom. The kitchen (if you choose to use it) is fully loaded with Viking appliances, subzero fridge and fully equipped.

This unit is in a building with just seven other units and has its own swimming pool in front of the building and the beach. As well, the development has a beach clubhouse just a few steps away if you feel like socializing. Here, there´s a larger pool, massage room, lounging area and kitchen facilities for get-togethers. There is also a Punta Mita Beach Club that guests have access to, near the Four Seasons Hotel with restaurant access.
The Four Seasons hotel´s restaurant, as well as the golf course´s restaurant are excellent. Additional restaurants are located just a short walk away (500 feet) along the beach, as well as access to rentals of kayaks, surfboards and boogie boards. You can also hire a panga (boat) to go to visit the islands nearby to snorkel or to go fishing. Its all just minutes away. And if you are a surfer, the pangas are available to take you to other breaks that are only accessible by boat just 5-10 minutes from the condo.
Bedrooms
This fourth floor penthouse (one floor walk-up) features three bedrooms + service quarters, offering panoramic views stretching from Puerto Vallarta in the east to the Marietas Islands in the west. The master faces the ocean, has high vaulted ceilings, king-size bed, 42" flat screen TV and a very large bathroom with a Jacuzzi tub that also looks out over the ocean. The second bedroom has a queen bed and full bathroom with both shower and a bathtub. It features a terrace that partially looks out over the beach and ocean. The third bedroom is at the back of the condo with two full beds, looking out over the gardens and has a full bathroom (shower, no tub). The fourth room (service quarters) has a single bed with it´s own small bathroom and window overlooking the garden and back buildings.

Terms & Conditions
Deposit Policy:
50% of the total stay is required FIVE days after a holding date has been made. The balance is due 30 days prior to arrival plus a $1000 USD refundable security deposit.
Reservations will be automatically canceled if deposit is not received within 5 days of the booking date.
Cancellation Policy:
Please note that a written notice must be received for all cancellations.
Low and High seasons:
Reservations canceled more than 60 days prior to arrival will receive a full refund less a $75 USD administration fee.
Reservations canceled 60 to 31 days prior to arrival will not be refunded the 50% deposit. Based on ability to re-rent the villa, guests may receive a credit for a future stay.
Reservations canceled less than 30 days prior to arrival will not be refunded for the total stay.
Based on ability to re-rent the villa, guests may receive a credit for a future stay.

Cancelation notice must be sent a minimum of 90 days prior to arrival in order to be fully refunded less a 75 USD administration fee.
