Floor to ceiling windows provide plenty of natural light and afford fabulous views from all rooms. Expansive terrace off the main living area is perfect for dining and sunset cocktails while enjoying the picturesque city skyline at night. Pool area on the lower level is partially covered providing a cool respite in summer months. Enjoy exploring a multitude of secret gardens and courtyards integrated into the lush tropical vegetation. Each of the four bedrooms comes complete with its own private terrace to provide you with a unique views from your secluded sanctuary.
Casa Paraiso is only a short walk to the popular Los Muertos beach and the vibrant Old Town district, which is home to a multitude of quaint sidewalk cafes, great restaurants, art galleries, unique shops and an interesting range of nightlife. Or if you choose to stay in, prepare your own meals in the newly renovated kitchen or have the staff prepare delicious local cuisine for an additional fee.

- This rate is based on the maximum of 8 persons - the owners do allow up to 2 extra person who could sleep on the sofa bed in the TV/media room which has a half bath
- The charge for all seasons for extra persons is $100 per person per night

- Minimum Stay: 5 nights / Holiday season: 7 nights
- Rates are subject to increase, however, all reservations with deposit will be honored at the rate in effect when taken
Terms & Conditions
Deposit Policy:
A deposit of 50% is due to confirm the reservation.
Balance is due 60 days prior to arrival, except for Christmas /New Years reservations where balance is due 90 days prior to arrival.
Cancellation Policy:
Please note that a written notice must be received for all cancellations.
NO REFUND FOR CHRISTMAS AND NEW YEARS RENTALS.
Cancellations are subject to a 20% cancellation fee.
There is no refund if rental is canceled within 60 days of arrival. If it is necessary for you to cancel due to family or medical emergencies, we will attempt to re-rent the villa for the entire period of the original booking. If the property is fully re-rented a refund will be made less 20% of the original reservation. Due to this policy, it is advised to purchase trip insurance.

Dining:
Breakfast service is included in the rental. Extra meals are available at a cost (guests pay cost of food & beverages).
Villa Staff:
Daily housekeeping and cook service for breakfast (except Sundays and holidays). Extra meals can be prepared for an additional fee; cost of food and beverage is not included. Guests may also hire laundry service for a minimal fee.
Directions:
Located in the south side of Puerto Vallarta called Altavista approximately 20 minutes drive from the airport.
Transportation:
We can arrange airport pick ups if requested (at a cost to guest). No transportation is included. The staff can arrange for taxis and a telephone number is provided to call for a taxi.
