A luxurious contemporary villa with breathtaking views of the town and bay set in a charming neighborhood within a short walk of the Romantic zone and popular Los Muertos Beach.

Every detail has been considered to ensure guests are pampered and completely comfortable, from pillow top mattresses to the elevator, 400 thread count sheets, wireless internet, purified water throughout, Jacuzzi tubs, flat screen TV in all bedrooms, full staff and much more..

There are 2 living areas, a spacious terrace by the pool with outdoor dining, multiple terraces and a gym.

9 Bedrooms with en-suite bath, TV & AC. 4 bedrooms feature Jacuzzi tubs, 6 bedrooms feature King size beds, 2 with 2 single beds which can also be made into a King size bed, and 1 with a Queen size bed. A maximum occupancy of 18 persons.

The Villa is built into the side of a hill with the formal entrance on the forth floor near the top of the hill.

• Covered Terrace with large 8 person marble topped iron table and chairs. Open thru wrought iron to jungle on one side.

3rd Floor: one down from main – 4 bedrooms and library

• Rose bedroom: King size bed, bath with Jacuzzi tub, view of town and bay

• Tuscan bedroom: King bed, bath with Jacuzzi tub, view of town and bay

• Plantation Bedroom: 2 single beds, can be made into a King size be, private bath, looks into back garden and opens off of Library.

• Bedroom: 2 single beds can be made into a King size bed, private bath, looks into back garden and opens off of Library.

• Library: Sitting area with books, sofa, 2 chaise lounges, desk with office set up (modem etc) NO TV

4th Floor: The top main entrance

• Living: Features cream colored leather sofas and chairs around pounded metal coffee table with a large screen TV (satellite service) DVD player and stereo.

• Dining: Large rectangular dinning table for 18 persons.

• Kitchen: Kitchen is open concept with marble top counters, hardwood cabinets, and stainless steel appliances.

• Pool infinity style with 8 person jacuzzi

• Terrace: With panoramic views of the bay

• Guest bathroom

• Bedroom with queen bed, private bath, opens onto main terrace view of town and bay

5th Floor: 3 bedrooms and office space

• Jungle bedroom: King size bed, bath with Jacuzzi tub, view of town and bay terrace shared with Blue Bedroom

• Blue bedroom: King size bed, private attached bath, view of town and bay shared terrace with Jungle bedroom

• Master Bedroom: King size bed, bath with Jacuzzi tub, view of town and bay private terrace

• Common area with desk and office set up with long distance telephone and modem for internet.

• 15% Tax included in rate
• Rates are quoted in US dollars
• Rates are per night
• Rate for Christmas and New Years is for the entire house.
• Rates do not include the cost of food and beverages or staff gratuities.

• Check in: 3pm - Check out: 12 noon
• Minimum Stay: 5 nights / Holiday seasons: 7 nights
• Rates are subject to increase, however, all reservations with deposit will be honored at the rate in effect when taken
Casa Yvonneka has architectural details which may be unsafe for children left unsupervised. Nanny Service will be provided for any reservations including children at the cost of the guests. A signed waiver is required.

Terms & Conditions

Deposit Policy:
50% of the total stay due within 7 days of confirmation. Balance due 40 days prior to date of arrival.

During Christmas and New Years, the full amount will be collected upon reservation confirmation.

A $1000 USD security deposit is required with deposit. In the event that there are no damages or losses this will be refunded in full.

Cancellation Policy:
Please note that a written notice must be received for all cancellations.

All cancellations are subject to 20% penalty fee. There is no refund if rental is canceled within 60 days prior to arrival.

There will be no refunds for Christmas and New Year´s periods.
