The villa is distinctive in many ways, but one of its most unexpected features is the absence of glass in the windows. You can leave everything open to the ocean breezes and the view. Interior spaces include polished tile floors, textured wall surfaces, sturdy cotton fabrics and an abundance of wicker. During the day the view dominates, but at night soft lighting warms the interiors like a welcoming embrace.

Overlooking the beautiful Pacific Ocean, is a large heated pool, conveniently equipped with its own kitchen for pool parties. The gym is stocked with top of the line exercise equipment and the added convenience of an attached full bath.

Interior decoration is a tasteful eclectic mix of antiques and original works of art, to give this spectacular house a museum like atmosphere.

The attentive staff includes a villa chef, an English speaking houseman, daily maid service and 24 hour security.

Bedrooms
This magnificent, waterfront property is one of the finest in all of Vallarta. Five of the six exquisitely decorated suites boast panoramic views of beautiful Banderas Bay. All six suites feature large, private baths, satellite televisions, DVD players and mini-bars. Master suite #1 crowns the villa on the upper-most level and offers 3000 SQFT of relaxing space, including a huge balcony, lovely sitting area, office and massive his and her bathroom. Choose between a nice warm bath or a refreshing shower in this room fit for a king. Master Suite #2, located just below the living/ dining area, and adjacent to the fully-equipped gym, shares many similar amenities to those of Master #1. An abundance of square footage allows for a spacious suite with a relaxing sitting area and grandiose balcony with spectacular views. Guests also enjoy plenty of closet space, a large bathroom with his and her sinks as well as a Jacuzzi/ shower and a king size bed. Suite #3, a casita by the pool, presents a charming, romantic setting with a canopied king size bed, private patio, and warm lighting. The bathroom contains his and her sinks, as well as a separate shower and tub. Suite #4, also overlooking the pool, again offers a large his and her bathroom with both shower and bath. There are 2 queen beds in this room, with incredible sunset views over the Bay of Banderas. Suite #5, the princess room, provides a king size canopy bed and full bathroom with his and her sinks, shower, and bath. And finally, Suite #6, the Mermaid Room, is very private- located on the lowest level of the villa, just steps away from the villa gardens and the sandy beach.

• Rates are quoted in US dollars
• Rates are per night, plus 15% tax.
• Rates do not include the cost of food and beverages or staff gratuities.
• Rates reflect the maximum number of guests: twelve.
• The rate is based on a max of 2 guests per bedroom which includes adults as well as children, regardless of child´s age. Additional guests will be charged a fee of $50USD per day
• Pets are not allowed.
• Check in: 3pm - Check out: 11am
• Minimum Stay: 5 nights / Holiday season: 7 nights.
• Rates are subject to increase, however, all reservations with deposit will be honored at the rate in effect when taken.

Terms & Conditions

Deposit Policy:
The non-refundable reservation deposit is 50% of total rental fee in U.S. funds at time of request for reservation. A rental agreement and confirmation will be sent to confirm your request. Final payment is due 60 days prior to travel date.

For all Christmas reservations, full payment is due 90 days prior to arrival. All reservations requests made 60 days or less will require full payment of rental fee to confirm request.

A refundable security deposit of $500 (or credit card form) will be required. Reservations will automatically be canceled if funds are not received in our office within 10 days of your request. We reserve the right to treat any confirmed booking as cancelled if schedules are not met. An extension may be requested.

Cancellation Policy:
Please note that a written notice must be received for all cancellations.

We will attempt to re-rent the villa for the entire period of the original booking. If the property is fully re-rented a refund will be made, less a cancellation charge of 10% of the original reservation. Partial re-rentals or rentals obtained at a lesser rate will be refunded in the amount of the re-rental less a 10% cancellation charge. All cancellations must be in writing. Trip cancellation insurance is strongly recommended, and is available through a travel agency.
