This beautiful three bedroom home is perched on a walled point. The full area is located facing the ocean, the magnificent bays of Costa Careyes are appreciated from the pool, living area, bedrooms and terraces.

Villa Constelaciones is one of Costa Careyes´ most desired homes at the moment, appearing from above like a many-pointed star shining over the sea, the view includes clear waters, terrific cliff, secluded sandy beaches and beautiful palm trees.

Bedrooms
Main bedroom with king size bed, private bathroom with shower and bath, small seating area, a chimney and terrace overlooking the ocean.

Two bedrooms with 2 queen beds each and private bathroom.

Notes:

• Rates are quoted in US dollars
• Rates are per night, plus 17% tax & 5% service charge
• Rates do not include the cost of food and beverages. -All food stocking is done by the villa managers & charged to the client. A 20% service charge will be automatically added to the grocery bill. The closest grocery store is about a 20-minute drive to the town of Emiliano Zapata. A meal plan is available for $80.00 plus 15% tax person per day.
• Rates reflect the maximum number of guests: six guests (including children).
• Children are welcome with adult supervision. A maximum of 3 children under the age of 12 are permitted. Baby crib and high chair are available.
• Pets are not allowed
• Check in: 1pm - Check out: 12pm
• Minimum Stay: 3 nights / Holiday season: 14 nights
• Rates are subject to increase, however, all reservations with deposit will be honored at the rate in effect when taken.

Terms & Conditions

Deposit Policy:
Your reservation will be confirmed upon receipt of your 100% payment (wire transfer).

Cancellation Policy:
Please note that a written notice must be received for all cancellations.

High season: In order to avoid any penalty charge we must receive a written notification 28 days prior to guest arrival, if the reservation is cancelled within 28 days, there will be a penalty charge equivalent to (2) night room charge plus applicable taxes.

Low Season: In order to avoid any penalty charge we must receive a written notification 14 days prior to guest arrival, if the reservation is cancelled within 14 days there will be a penalty charge equivalent to (1) night room charge plus applicable taxes.

No Shows: In case of a no show, regardless the cause, the total amount of the reservation will not be refundable.
